Sydney Metro - North West Rail Link, awardedan an entire package to Georgiou Group for the finishing and ancillary works while still working under the strict contractual deliverables and the rail corridor demands of the main works. Works involved "facelifts" to the disused laydown/ enabling areas surrounding the main project for land resale and development - including fencing, roads, parks, and facility buildings. Engaged as the Senior CA on the project until the final package had been procured. 2019
Northern Beaches Hospital Road Upgrade included a major road-widening effort of Warringah Road to engage with teh Forest Way and Wakehurst Parkway intersections. It included surrounding approach roads and a numerous amount of services upgrades for the connectivity component. Engaged to assist with the development of a large claim for cost overruns (based unknown conditions and delay and disruption events around the mid-stage of the project ). 2017
UTS Building 2 on broadway developed a unique green-star triple glazed facade system to suit a bend and twist structure of the new building amongst some elaborate fit-out for the education block. Engaged for 3 months as a Senior CA with Richard Crookes for finishes and joinery works on a Managing Contractor arrangement for the university 2017.
"Ryde Garden" residential development of 3 mirroring towers complete with hanging garden facades, podium park lands over 3 levels of car parking initiates the Chinese developer Country Garden to Sydney under Watpac's construction experience. Engaged as a senior CA most part of 2016
Billbergia - who are also undertaking one of Australia's highest residential towers in Brisbane have a broad development area around Rhodes and Wentworth Point. These two projects, Zen Project in Wentworth Point and VQ Skyline in Rhodes are intermediate stages of many blocks and towers that are ongoing. Senior CA, 2015 & 2018

Izumi Gardens Building Toyko, where four levels were fitted out for CSFB, predominantly IT Suite and data support Mechanical and Electrical services, to suit over 250 specialist trading desks (main duties), general office suites, meeting rooms and security.

Also Administrating contracts in the earthworks, temp works, and overall concrete structure of the Casino from 5 levels of underground parking, light rail, main casino floors, and both towers. Contract administration under Leighton Contractors policies and procedures. 1995-1998
